Brick Mountain Trucking
Aquires A-Diamond Delivery Service
Brick Mountain Trucking,
d.b.a. Cargo Connection, Miami, Fla., a wholly owned subsidiary of
Pacer Health Corporation, announced acquisition of Miami-based
A-Diamond Delivery Service.
A-Diamond Delivery Service is a provider of local pick-up and delivery
trucking services for the South Florida region including Greater
Miami, Ft. Lauderdale and the Palm Beaches. The trucking fleet
acquired through this transaction will be integrated into Brick
Mountain's already established fleet. The acquisition represents
Brick Mountain's commitment to provide small firms the ability to
survive in a down-turned economy through acquisition and
consolidation.
Brick Mountain Trucking will handle all trucking and transportation
services operations, and sister company Brick Mountain Logistics
will oversee the company's property broker operations for Pacer's
recently acquired Cargo Connection Logistics.
