Brick Mountain Trucking, LLC Acquires All Mighty Services, Inc. - Expands Service Offerings for New York/JFK Market

MIAMI, FL/INWOOD, NY, September 25, 2008 – Brick Mountain Trucking, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pacer Health Corporation (OTCBB:PHLH) (“Pacer”), today announced its acquisition of All Mighty Services, Inc, an Inwood, NY-based provider of local pick-up and delivery services.

The acquisition of All Mighty Services Inc. provides Brick Mountain Trucking, LLC with the ability to diversify and expand within the trucking industry while maintaining Pacer’s long-term growth strategy of increasing revenue through the generation of such acquisitions.

Family owned and operated for more than 15 years, All Mighty Services, Inc. readily handles several freight forwarders, warehouses and trucking delivery fleets within Inwood, NY and John F. Kennedy (JFK) Airport. All assets including intellectual property, leases and trucking fleets will be fully integrated into Brick Mountain Trucking, LLC.

Brick Mountain Trucking, LLC was recently created by Pacer Health Corporation to handle the trucking and transportation services portion of its portfolio while sister company Brick Mountain Logistics, oversees the company’s property broker operations.
